The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Wash This Way regarding the use of this website and services.
Introduction
Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Power Washing is a method of cleaning that combines the use of various cleaning solutions and high-pressure water. Wash This Way will provide all tools/ cleaning solutions and the Client will provide a standard water source. If water cannot be provided for requested services, Wash This Way can provide water for an additional charge. Services will be rendered by Wash This Way as outlined and agreed upon by both parties in the estimate/ invoice with attention to any notes the Client provides. If at any time Wash This Way or Client feels there is need to amend the agreement, both parties will be notified, and work will cease until a new estimate/ invoice is drafted. Any previous estimate/ invoice will not be considered completed until payment is made. Unless expressed in new estimate/ invoice, any previous estimate/ invoice is still considered valid, and payments is expected to close out said estimate/ Invoice.
During Wash
Wash This Way is committed to delivering the highest level of service to the Client. Please move animals away from the area being service. High pressure water coming from the Power washer tools can cause bodily harm. While We strive to leave each work site in better condition than initial arrival, there are times that the combination of cleaning solutions and or high-pressure water may expose, aggravate, damage or stain areas susceptible to damage on or around surfaces being cleaned. While this is rare and not likely, it is a possibility and upon acceptance of these terms, client is agreeing to these terms. The Client will notify The Company of any known susceptible areas to help limit any possibility of damage. We ask the Client to move any items of value to a space where they will not become damaged. This included and is not limited to, vehicles, furniture, electronics, decorations, clothing, persons, animals and fragile items. It is a possibility that water may leak into closed windows and doors. Please check these places for water during and after services. It is important to remain indoors for the duration of the wash or establish documented clearance for traversal from and around worksite prior to services rendered. Wash This Way agrees to not intentionally damage any property of the Client. The Client agrees to not hold the Wash This Way responsible for any unintentional damage.
After The Company has completed the agreement as outlined in estimate/ invoice, payments will be made immediately as outlined in the estimate/ invoice. Any special arrangements regarding payment must be agreed upon prior to services rendered and detailed in the notes of the estimate/ invoice. The Client authorizing work to be completed is a commitment to pay for services rendered. If, in the event, there is any reason given by the Client that work cannot be completed after an estimate/ invoice has been accepted and The Company departs to the work site, a $50 deposit may be collected to apply to a later date of service. If, in the event there is any reason given by The Company that work cannot be completed, either by phone call or in person, a later service date will be agreed upon.
Modification of Terms
At our discretion, Wash This Way may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights. All photos, images and logos are property of The Company and may not be reposted, duplicated, reproduced without expressed consent.

Termination
Wash This Way reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
